    Sweet but I was hoping to be able to make it with 600 dots. Just looking at it I would be lucky to get the top 3 rows with 600 dots lol. At least try and guess more accurately on the dot count.

    Sorry Balgore - its the wrong title and the wrong video also. Its more like 3500, if I count from the photo correctly. It is not solid, only 2 layers thick.
    The main subunit for the faces is two stacked 6rings, with one ring squeezed into a triangle. Each clicks into 3 identical but upside down neighbors. An additional triangle of 6 magnets fills up the gaps after you make it big enough (an afterthought, really. You don't need the additional triangle).
    The hard part is the edges - I fiddled with that for ages, and I cant remember exactly what I did. I think I made the inside layer as small as possible, and still needed 8 or 10 magnets for the outside layer. The corners were also tricky.

    One of those shapes that you can just get lost in, I really enjoy this one.
