    The axle is 6 dots all interlocked then the connecting wheels are 12 dots interlocked. when you slid the axle inside the wheel they offset and turn because of opposite polarity. Try it, but don't use a magnetic pad to push your vehicles on...lol it won't work...xD.

    I just made a quick 2 min. video showing the wheels/axles free moving and inserting them...sorry for the low quality...I hit some setting and ever since my videos are coming out crappy? o.O

    I just uploaded a much clearer video on creating the free moving wheels/axles. At least you can actually see what I'm doing in this video...lol :)
